  1. Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for products and components.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of supplier facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Identify and address any quality issues or concerns with suppliers in a timely manner.
  4. Develop and implement quality improvement plans with suppliers.
  5. Monitor and analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Communicate effectively with suppliers to provide feedback and resolve any quality-related issues.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier quality is integrated into all aspects of the product development and manufacturing processes.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance to continuously improve processes.
  9. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supplier quality activities.
  11. Support the training and development of suppliers on quality standards and requirements.
  12. Participate in supplier selection and qualification processes.
  13. Assist with resolving any quality-related customer complaints or issues.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve supplier quality and overall business performance.
