Responsibilities:

  1. Research and analyze existing product industrialization processes, making recommendations for improvement.
  2. Develop product designs that adhere to quality standards and are optimized for production.
  3. Utilize CAD and 3D modeling software to generate detailed and accurate product designs.
  4. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure product designs are feasible for production.
  5. Develop and implement processes to improve production, quality, and cost efficiency.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  7. Monitor production progress, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful product industrialization.
