  4. Conduct thorough investigations of reported product issues, including root cause analysis, and provide timely and accurate reports to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Stay informed about relevant medical device regulations and standards, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
  6. Utilize data analysis and risk management principles to identify trends and potential risks related to product performance and patient safety.
  7. Develop and maintain post market surveillance procedures and processes to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies regarding post market surveillance activities and findings.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  10. Represent Philips in industry forums and conferences, sharing knowledge and insights on post market surveillance and contributing to the advancement of patient safety in the healthcare industry.
  11. Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate post market surveillance requirements into the design and development of new products.
