Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our key suppliers and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of supply chain management.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery to customers.
  2. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, including terms and conditions and pricing agreements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on supplier strategies and objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze supplier performance, identifying any issues or risks and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand and diversify our supplier network.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's supply chain processes and procedures.
  7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in supplier management.
  8. Manage the supplier selection process, including conducting supplier evaluations and audits.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in supplier relationships.
  10. Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to drive cost savings and improve efficiency in supplier relationships.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality assurance, to ensure supplier performance meets company standards.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records and documentation.
  14. Represent the company at supplier meetings, conferences, and events.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve supplier management processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Global Supplier Management Role Within A Multinational Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Supplier Relationships And Driving Cost Savings And Efficiencies.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Manage Contracts And Agreements With Global Suppliers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Internal Stakeholders And External Suppliers From Diverse Backgrounds And Cultures.
