
Global CAPA Facilitator Coach
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join the Philips team as Global CAPA Facilitator Coach. This important role is responsible for driving a consistent global approach to CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) facilitation and coaching, enabling the organization to meet its targets for patient safety and quality excellence.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a related field. They must possess strong coaching and facilitation skills, have a deep understanding of quality systems and processes, and be a skilled communicator. An understanding of CAPA systems and tools, as well as experience in leading process improvement initiatives, are essential.If you have the necessary qualifications and are committed to delivering top-notch coaching and facilitation services, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
- Drive a consistent global approach to CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) facilitation and coaching.
- Ensure the organization meets its targets for patient safety and quality excellence.
- Provide coaching and facilitation services to support process improvement.
- Develop and implement CAPA systems and tools.
- Monitor process improvement initiatives to ensure their success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding CAPA systems and processes.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor the performance of CAPA systems and processes on an ongoing basis.
