Global CAPA Facilitator Coach

They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading and facilitating CAPA projects. They should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance, Project Management, or Process Improvement, and have a thorough understanding of the CAPA process. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and facilitate CAPA projects with an understanding of the quality management system and ISO 9001
2. Develop and implement CAPA initiatives
3. Utilize problem-solving skills to suggest and implement corrective actions to prevent potential issues
4. Use interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members
5. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment
6. Maintain current knowledge of standards and regulations
7. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on the CAPA process
8. Monitor progress of CAPA projects to ensure successful completion
9. Create reports and documentation for CAPA projects
10. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
