Job Description

At Philips, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global CAPA Facilitator Coach to join our team. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in coaching, facilitating, and leading CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) projects. They must have a strong background in problem-solving and a passion for developing and implementing CAPA initiatives.The ideal Global CAPA Facilitator Coach will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders and other team members. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading and facilitating CAPA projects. They should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance, Project Management, or Process Improvement, and have a thorough understanding of the CAPA process. The Global CAPA Facilitator Coach should have an understanding of the quality management system and ISO 9001, and familiarity with other standards and regulations.If you are an experienced and qualified professional looking to make a real difference in the global CAPA process, then we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and facilitate CAPA projects with an understanding of the quality management system and ISO 9001
  2. Develop and implement CAPA initiatives
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to suggest and implement corrective actions to prevent potential issues
  4. Use interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members
  5. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  6. Maintain current knowledge of standards and regulations
  7. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on the CAPA process
  8. Monitor progress of CAPA projects to ensure successful completion
  9. Create reports and documentation for CAPA projects
  10. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
