Job Description

At Philips, we are looking for a Global CAPA Facilitator Coach to join our dynamic team and drive our CAPA initiatives. We are looking for candidates who have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and who are able to work with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of corrective and preventative actions. The successful candidate will have a passionate commitment to helping us achieve our CAPA goals.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders. The ability to think strategically and to develop creative solutions to complex problems is key. In addition, the successful candidate will have experience with ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, and/or other quality assurance systems.If you are looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced and innovative environment, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and facilitate corrective and preventative action (CAPA) initiatives across various stakeholders.
  2. Drive successful implementation of CAPA initiatives.
  3. Provide mentorship and coaching to stakeholders in the development and implementation of CAPA initiatives.
  4. Analyze and solve complex problems related to CAPA.
  5. Create and maintain documentation related to CAPA initiatives.
  6. Maintain knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, and other quality assurance systems.
  7. Develop creative solutions to CAPA-related issues.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of CAPA initiatives.
  9. Monitor and report progress of CAPA initiatives.
  10. Develop strategies to ensure CAPA goals are met.
