Philips is looking for a Global CAPA Facilitator Coach to help us continue to drive quality excellence and improvement throughout our global organization. This highly visible role presents a unique opportunity to make an impact on a global scale and to support the advancement of our CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes. The successful candidate will help us to ensure that our corrective and preventive action processes are effective, efficient, and compliant with industry and regulatory standards.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CAPA process, including the ability to facilitate, coach, and mentor teams in this area. They should have the ability to analyze, integrate, and interpret complex data and information, and must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. They must also have the flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, and must be able to handle multiple projects at once. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and drive quality improvement initiatives throughout the organization
  • Coach and mentor teams on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes
  • Analyze, integrate, and interpret complex data and information
  • Identify areas for improvement in CAPA processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve CAPA processes
  • Monitor and evaluate CAPA processes to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure that CAPA processes are efficient and effective
  • Remain current on industry and regulatory standards related to CAPA processes
