  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment, utilizing knowledge of X-ray and ultrasound technology.
  3. Develop and implement solutions to resolve equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime for customers.
  4. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support and service.
  5. Train customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and innovations in X-ray and ultrasound technology to continuously improve service delivery.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service performed, equipment status, and customer interactions.
  8. Comply with all safety and regulatory guidelines while performing service activities.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and building strong relationships with customers.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  12. Travel to different customer sites to perform on-site service and support as needed.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures related to service activities, including completing paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Philips, promoting our products and services to potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Servicing X-Ray And Ultrasound Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Imaging Technology And Equipment, Including Troubleshooting And Repairs.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Interacting With Customers And Team Members.

  • Ability To Travel Extensively And Work Independently In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
