  1. Install and maintain nuclear medicine and CT equipment at customer sites.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment performance.
  3. Conduct regular preventative maintenance and calibration activities.
  4. Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in nuclear medicine and CT technology.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service activities and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  8. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations while performing on-site services.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  10. Work closely with sales teams to identify new opportunities and provide technical expertise during customer meetings.
  11. Represent Philips in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and drive customer loyalty.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Servicing And Maintaining Nuclear Medicine And Ct Equipment.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Radiation Safety Regulations And Procedures.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members.
