- Install and maintain nuclear medicine and CT equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment performance.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and calibration activities.
- Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in nuclear medicine and CT technology.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations while performing on-site services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify new opportunities and provide technical expertise during customer meetings.
- Represent Philips in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and drive customer loyalty.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Servicing And Maintaining Nuclear Medicine And Ct Equipment.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Radiation Safety Regulations And Procedures.
Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members.
