  1. Install, maintain, and repair MR/CT equipment for clients.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  4. Conduct thorough and accurate equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure successful installations and repairs.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates on equipment status and any issues that may arise.
  7. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service visits and equipment maintenance.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on equipment.
  11. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Travel to client sites as needed to perform service visits and installations.
  14. Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or additional services.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Servicing Mri And Ct Equipment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electronics And Computer Systems, As Well As Knowledge Of Medical Imaging Technology.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Work Independently And Under Pressure.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team.
