- Install and maintain Philips Image Guided Therapy systems at various healthcare facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with imaging systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Train and educate healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of Philips systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technology and software updates for the systems.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of service activities and customer interactions.

Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Equivalent Field, With A Focus On Medical Imaging Technology.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Servicing Medical Equipment, Preferably In The Field Of Image Guided Therapy.
Strong Understanding Of Imaging Principles And Technology, Including X-Ray, Ultrasound, And Magnetic Resonance Imaging (Mri).
Proven Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Complex Equipment, With A Strong Emphasis On Quality And Safety.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team-Based Environment.
