  1. Install and maintain cutting-edge medical equipment, specifically in the field of Image Guided Therapy.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment, providing efficient and effective solutions.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  4. Provide on-site support to healthcare facilities, including hospitals and clinics, to ensure proper installation and functioning of equipment.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and features for our equipment.
  6. Train and educate healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.
  7. Identify and report any potential safety hazards or issues with equipment.
  8. Keep accurate records of service visits, equipment status, and customer interactions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  10. Travel to different locations as needed to perform service calls and support customers.
  11. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and compliance regulations.
  13. Proactively communicate with internal teams and management to provide updates on service activities and customer feedback.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Imaging Technology, Including X-Ray, Mri, And Ultrasound, Is Critical For A Field Service Engineer In Image Guided Therapy. This Includes Knowledge Of Hardware And Software Systems, As Well As Troubleshooting And Repair Skills.

  • Clinical Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Radiology Or Interventional Cardiology. This Will Ensure They Have A Thorough Understanding Of How The Technology Is Used And The Challenges That Arise In Real-World Scenarios.

  • Communication Skills: Field Service Engineers Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Explain Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Field Service Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For Diagnosing And Resolving Technical Issues In A Timely Manner. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Find Solutions.
