  1. Provide on-site technical support for diagnostic X-ray and cath lab equipment to ensure optimal functionality and performance for our customers.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues or malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Keep detailed records of service calls, equipment maintenance, and customer interactions.
  6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to share knowledge and best practices.
  7. Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and industry developments to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  8. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols while performing on-site service and maintenance.
  9. Travel to various customer sites within a designated territory to provide support.
  10. Represent Philips in a professional manner and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
  11. Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  12. Proactively identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements to prevent future equipment malfunctions.
  13. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to provide emergency support as needed.
  14. Maintain inventory of necessary parts and tools to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
  15. Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Servicing Diagnostic X-Ray And/Or Cath Lab Equipment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electronics, Mechanics, And Computer Systems.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Ability To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Work Independently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
