  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CT and MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment, utilizing problem-solving skills and knowledge of medical imaging technology.
  3. Communicate with customers to schedule and coordinate service visits, and provide updates on the status of repairs.
  4. Train and educate customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  5. Keep detailed records of service visits, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for equipment issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and new technologies in medical imaging equipment.
  8. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations while performing service visits.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive representation of Philips while interacting with customers.
  10. Travel to various customer sites within the designated territory as needed.
  11. Complete all administrative tasks, such as documenting service reports and processing expenses, accurately and in a timely manner.
  12. Continuously strive for improvement and efficiency in service processes and procedures.
  13. Provide timely and thorough responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  14. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential business opportunities.
  15. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field: A Field Service Engineer In Ct/Mri Is Required To Have A Strong Background In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field To Effectively Troubleshoot And Maintain Complex Medical Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Ct/Mri Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Ct/Mri Technology, Including Installation, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Software And Hardware Systems, As Well As The Ability To Interpret Technical Specifications And Schematics.

  • Diagnostic And Problem-Solving Skills: Field Service Engineers Must Be Able To Diagnose And Solve Technical Issues Quickly And Efficiently. This Requires Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And Under Pressure.

  • Previous Experience In A Similar Role: Prior Experience As A Field Service Engineer In The Ct/Mri Field Is Highly Desirable. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Experience With Specific Equipment And Allows For A Smoother Transition Into The Role.

  • Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Field Service Engineer, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Regular Basis. Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients And Ensuring Their Satisfaction With The Company's Services.
