
Executive Assistant, Ultrasound

- Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team of the Ultrasound division.
- Coordinate and manage the daily schedule and appointments for the leadership team.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the leadership team.
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments, as well as external stakeholders.
- Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for the leadership team.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking for the Ultrasound division.
- Participate in team meetings and take minutes as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by the leadership team.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Anticipate the needs of the leadership team and proactively address any potential issues.
- Handle any ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
- Uphold the company's values and represent the organization in a professional manner at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the executive office.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience As An Executive Assistant In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Company.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With High-Level Executives And Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office, Including Word, Excel, And Powerpoint, As Well As Experience With Project Management Software.
