  1. Manage and maintain electronic data interchange (EDI) systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors with EDI processes and systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design effective EDI solutions.
  4. Develop and implement EDI standards and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  5. Monitor EDI transactions and perform data analysis to identify and resolve any data quality issues.
  6. Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders on EDI processes and systems.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of EDI data.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in EDI technology to continuously improve systems and processes.
  9. Communicate and coordinate with trading partners to establish and maintain EDI connections.
  10. Participate in testing and implementation of new EDI systems or upgrades.
  11. Document all EDI processes and procedures for future reference.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement enhancements and improvements to EDI systems.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of EDI transactions.
  14. Ensure compliance with security protocols and protect confidential information in EDI systems.
  15. Handle any other duties or responsibilities related to EDI systems as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Edi Systems Analysis And Implementation.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Edi Standards And Protocols, Such As Edifact And Ansi X12.

  • Proficiency In Edi Software Tools And Mapping Applications, Such As Gentran, Sterling Integrator, Or Biztalk.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Edi Systems.
