Job Description

We’re looking for a District Service Manager to join our Philips team and help us ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a district-wide team of service professionals and providing our customers with an outstanding service experience.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving customer service excellence, and implementing process improvements. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.If you’re a motivated self-starter with a passion for customer service and the drive to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of service professionals and ensure they provide customers with an outstanding service experience.
  2. Monitor performance of team members and develop strategies to improve service quality.
  3. Analyze customer service trends and data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  4. Monitor customer service metrics and ensure team members are meeting customer service goals.
  5. Develop and implement customer service related policies and procedures.
  6. Foster a customer-centric mindset among team members.
  7. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring for team members.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
