We’re looking for a District Service Manager to join our Philips team and help us ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a district-wide team of service professionals and providing our customers with an outstanding service experience.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving customer service excellence, and implementing process improvements. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of service professionals and ensure they provide customers with an outstanding service experience.
- Monitor performance of team members and develop strategies to improve service quality.
- Analyze customer service trends and data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Monitor customer service metrics and ensure team members are meeting customer service goals.
- Develop and implement customer service related policies and procedures.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset among team members.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring for team members.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
