  1. Oversee the distribution process for all Philips products, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers worldwide.
  2. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and minimize excess inventory.
  3. Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize distribution processes and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement distribution strategies to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and analyze distribution data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product releases and ensure timely delivery of new products.
