  1. Develop and implement impactful procurement strategies to support business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess procurement needs.
  3. Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality products and services.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's business operations and objectives.
  7. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on procurement-related matters.
  8. Develop and manage procurement budgets and ensure cost savings targets are met.
  9. Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the company's procurement practices.
  13. Represent the company in supplier meetings and negotiations.
  14. Develop and maintain a diverse supplier base to support the company's diversity and inclusion goals.
  15. Communicate and report regularly on procurement performance, including savings, risk management, and supplier performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Procurement, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Supply Chain Management, And Contract Negotiations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Procurement Strategies, Driving Cost Savings, And Managing Supplier Relationships.
