- Develop and implement quality standards and processes for the Radiology Informatics division.
- Ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to effectively execute quality control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all aspects of product development and delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize industry best practices and stay up-to-date on quality regulations and standards.
- Communicate quality goals and expectations to all stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality manuals.
- Foster a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization.
- Represent the company and the Radiology Informatics division in quality-related matters to external stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge within the quality department.
- Drive a customer-focused approach to quality, ensuring that all products and services meet the needs and expectations of end users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to streamline quality control measures and increase efficiency.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Radiology Informatics: A Director Of Quality For Radiology Informatics At Philips Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Technology And Processes Involved In Radiology Informatics, Including Picture Archiving And Communication Systems (Pacs), Radiology Information Systems (Ris), And Electronic Medical Records (Emr).
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Professionals And Overseeing The Quality Of The Radiology Informatics Products And Services. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards A Common Goal.
Quality Management Experience: A Director Of Quality For Radiology Informatics Should Have Prior Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry. They Should Be Familiar With Quality Standards And Regulations Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Guidelines.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Areas For Improvement In The Quality Of Products And Services. The Director Of Quality Should Also Be Able To Devise Effective Solutions To Address Any Quality Issues That May Arise.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Leader In The Company, The Director Of Quality Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
