  1. Develop and implement the quality and regulatory strategy for radiology informatics products.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the safety, effectiveness, and quality of products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in quality processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  7. Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, regarding quality and regulatory issues, updates, and progress.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and participate in audits and inspections.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations and incorporate them into the quality strategy.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert in radiology informatics, providing guidance and support to team members and colleagues.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to product quality and regulatory compliance.
  12. Collaborate with research and development teams to ensure quality is considered throughout the product development lifecycle.
  13. Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure quality goals are met.
  14. Foster a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.
  15. Represent the company in industry events and conferences related to quality and regulatory affairs.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Radiology Informatics: The Director Of Quality - Radiology Informatics Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Radiology Informatics, Including Digital Imaging, Pacs, And Dicom Standards. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Control Processes And Procedures For These Systems.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Quality Control Specialists And Ensuring The Quality Of All Radiology Informatics Products And Services. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Critical Decisions.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Management Standards: The Director Of Quality - Radiology Informatics Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Quality Management Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And Iso 13485. They Should Be Able To Apply These Standards To Ensure That All Products And Services Meet The Highest Level Of Quality.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Collaboration With Various Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, Customers, And Regulatory Bodies. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Information And Build Strong Relationships With All Stakeholders.

  • Quality Assurance Experience: The Director Of Quality - Radiology Informatics Should Have Experience In Quality Assurance Processes, Such As Conducting Audits, Identifying Areas For Improvement, And Implementing Corrective Actions. They Should Also Be Familiar With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Quality Assurance In The Healthcare Sector.
