Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business continuity plans, risk assessments, and resilience strategies to ensure operations are secure and resilient.
2. Monitor and analyze risk exposure, identify potential threats, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
3. Develop and implement comprehensive business continuity plans, policies, and procedures.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity plans and make improvements as needed.
5. Work with other departments to ensure continuity of operations and services.
6. Design and deliver training programs related to business continuity and resilience.
7. Monitor and report on progress and results of business continuity and resilience activities.
8. Remain up-to-date on emerging industry trends and best practices in business continuity and resilience.
9. Manage and lead a team of business continuity and resilience professionals.
10. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure business continuity and resilience goals are achieved.
