In this role, you will be responsible for leading our global education services team and driving the development and delivery of world-class training programs for our customers and employees.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global education services strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of education professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop content that meets the needs of our customers and employees.
  4. Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, including online courses, instructor-led training, and other learning resources.
  5. Ensure that all training programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
  7. Manage relationships with external training vendors and partners to ensure high-quality and cost-effective training solutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning to continuously improve the company's training programs.
  9. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and support for education initiatives.
  10. Represent the company at industry conferences and events, promoting our education services and building brand awareness.
  11. Maintain a global mindset and adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse cultures and regions.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous learning and growth within the education services team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Educational Leadership: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Education Sector, Preferably In A Global Context. This Includes Experience In Curriculum Development, Program Management, And Cross-Cultural Communication.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Education Trends: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Current And Emerging Trends In Global Education, Including Digital Learning, Competency-Based Education, And International Student Recruitment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Managing Teams: The Role Of The Director Will Involve Overseeing A Team Of Educators And Administrative Staff Across Multiple Locations. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Successful Track Record Of Recruitment, Training, And Managing High-Performing Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Global Role, The Director Will Need To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Government Officials, Educators, Students, And Parents. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships And Facilitating Collaborations.

  • Master's Degree In Education Or Related Field: A Master's Degree In Education, Business Administration, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. This Qualification Demonstrates A Strong Theoretical Foundation In Education And Business Principles, Which Are Crucial For The Success Of The Director In This Position.
