Job Description

As the Director of Clinical Innovation at Philips, you will play a key role in revolutionizing healthcare through innovative solutions and technologies.   3. Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of innovative solutions and products that address unmet needs in the healthcare market.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and industry experts, to gather insights and feedback and inform the development of innovative solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to healthcare innovation and ensure compliance in all initiatives.
  6. Manage the budget and resources allocated to clinical innovation projects, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization, encouraging team members to generate and share new ideas.
  8. Communicate the company's clinical innovation strategy and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, investors, and the public.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of clinical innovation projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure their success.
  11. Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and other forums to represent Philips and promote the company's innovative solutions.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and research and development, to ensure successful commercialization and adoption of innovative solutions.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, using data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the company's clinical innovation efforts.
