- Develop and implement the overall clinical affairs strategy for the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of clinical affairs professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of all clinical trials and studies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines related to clinical research.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, and research institutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of clinical affairs activities with business objectives and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Manage clinical affairs budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and support organizational goals.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in clinical research, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization in regards to clinical affairs, representing Philips at conferences, events, and in media engagements.
- Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the clinical affairs team and the organization as a whole.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of clinical affairs activities to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as an advocate for patient safety and wellbeing, driving the organization's commitment to improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Nursing, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Research Or Regulatory Affairs Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Design, Execution, And Regulatory Requirements Across Multiple Geographies.
Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Clinical Professionals.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
