  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and scientists in the development of advanced transducer technology for ultrasound systems.

  10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for medical devices.
  11. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
  12. Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and teamwork within the advanced transducer technology team and across the organization.
  13. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our advanced transducer technology and build brand awareness.
  14. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to advanced transducer technology development to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support to other departments within the organization as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess At Least A Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Such As Physics Or Materials Science. A Strong Educational Background In The Relevant Technical Areas Is Essential To Lead The Development Of Advanced Transducer Technology.

  • Extensive Experience In Transducer Design And Development: The Director Of Advanced Transducer Technology Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Ultrasound Transducers. This Should Include Experience With Both Single-Element And Array Transducers, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of The Underlying Physics And Engineering Principles.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Development: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading The Development Of New Products From Concept To Launch. This Includes Experience With All Stages Of The Product Development Process, From Initial Ideation To Design, Prototyping, Testing, And Manufacturing.

  • Strong Technical Leadership Skills: As The Leader Of The Advanced Transducer Technology Team, The Director Should Possess Strong Technical Leadership Skills To Guide And Motivate A Team Of Engineers And Scientists. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts, Delegate Tasks, And Make Critical Decisions To Ensure Project Success.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Director Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Medical Devices, Particularly In The Ultrasound Field. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Standards And Regulations, Such As Fda Guidelines, Iso Requirements, And International Standards For Medical Devices.
