We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist for Clinical Patient Monitoring at Philips. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our customer success initiatives, ensuring that our customers receive excellent support, and continuously striving to maximize customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical and customer service experience, with a strong focus on customer relationship management.
