
Continuous Improvement Leader
At Philips, we are looking for an experienced and innovative Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team and take our organization to the next level. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented leader with a passion for driving change and a strong background in process improvement.We require a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. A Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and experience in a multinational organization is highly desirable. Our Continuous Improvement Leader should have excellent project management skills and a proven track record of leading and delivering process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas of improvement, cost reduction, and increased productivity.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Develop and communicate process improvement plans and strategies to stakeholders.
- Track and monitor progress of process improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain process improvement metrics and reports.
- Develop and deliver process improvement training and education programs.
- Facilitate kaizen events and process improvement workshops.
- Research and recommend best practices in continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to process improvement team members.
