Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Or Pharmacology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Complaint Handling And Vigilance Reporting Within The Medical Device Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Regulations And Standards Related To Medical Device Complaint Handling And Vigilance Reporting, Such As Fda Regulations And Iso 13485.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Large Sets Of Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
