You will also be responsible for reporting any product safety issues or incidents to the relevant regulatory authorities.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.   1. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Ensure all complaints are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and proactive support.
  4. Report any product safety issues or incidents to the relevant regulatory authorities.
  5. Monitor and track complaint trends to identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Or Pharmacology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Complaint Handling And Vigilance Reporting Within The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Regulations And Standards Related To Medical Device Complaint Handling And Vigilance Reporting, Such As Fda Regulations And Iso 13485.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Large Sets Of Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
