- Train and coach team members on new processes and tools.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all process improvement activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for process improvement projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute ideas for future process innovations.
- Act as a change agent and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement Or Innovation Management In A Commercial Setting
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives And Driving Positive Results
