If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Commercial Process Innovation & Capability Manager at Philips.As the Commercial Process Innovation & Capability Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process innovations to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our commercial operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design and implement new processes, and drive adoption and capability building across the organization.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in process improvement and a track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a similar role. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are a must, as well as a strategic mindset and the ability to drive change and innovation.   1. Develop and implement process innovations to drive efficiency and effectiveness in commercial operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and design solutions.
  3. Lead and manage cross-functional projects to implement new processes.
  4. Drive adoption and capability building of new processes across the organization.
  5. Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for further improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement and innovation.
  7. Communicate and present process improvement initiatives and results to senior management.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  9. Train and coach team members on new processes and tools.
  10. Continuously seek feedback and gather insights to further improve processes and drive innovation.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all process improvement activities.
  12. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for process improvement projects.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to process improvement initiatives.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and contribute ideas for future process innovations.
  15. Act as a change agent and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field
