  1. Negotiate and manage contracts with customers and suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial and legally sound agreements.
  2. Conduct thorough review and analysis of contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, finance, and procurement, to ensure that contracts meet business objectives and comply with company policies and procedures.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial contracts to continuously improve processes and optimize contract terms.
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of contract-related issues.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to sales teams during the negotiation process.
  7. Monitor and track contract performance and compliance to ensure contractual obligations are met, and any deviations are addressed in a timely manner.
  8. Identify and escalate potential legal or financial risks associated with contracts to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  9. Participate in contract negotiations and provide support to legal counsel as needed.
  10. Develop and maintain a contract management system to organize and store all contract-related documents and ensure easy accessibility for future reference.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on contract management best practices and company policies.
  13. Represent the company's values and commitment to innovation and sustainable development in all contract negotiations and interactions with customers and suppliers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Law, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Commercial Contract Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Frameworks Related To Commercial Contracts

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills

  • Experience In Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Contracts Simultaneously.
