
Commercial Contracts Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the commercial contracting process to ensure the business is meeting its objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and advice on contract law and analyze the impact of proposed changes to contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contract law and regulations.
- Monitor and review existing contracts to ensure they comply with current regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract law and changes to contracts.
- Analyze and identify potential risks associated with contracts.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present reports on contract performance.
