Job Description

At Philips, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the commercial contracting process to ensure we are meeting our business objectives while also providing a positive customer experience. You will be expected to be an expert in contract law and possess excellent negotiation skills.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract law and negotiation and have a proven track record of successful commercial contract management. You should be able to think strategically and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the commercial contracting process to ensure the business is meeting its objectives.
  2. Negotiate contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Provide guidance and advice on contract law and analyze the impact of proposed changes to contracts.
  4. Ensure compliance with contract law and regulations.
  5. Monitor and review existing contracts to ensure they comply with current regulations.
  6. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract law and changes to contracts.
  8. Analyze and identify potential risks associated with contracts.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
  10. Prepare and present reports on contract performance.
