Job Description

At Philips, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Solutions Workflow Consultant to join our team. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and technical skills to ensure successful implementation of our products and services. Candidates must have a passion for helping customers and experience in a clinical setting, such as a hospital or medical office, to be successful in this role.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer success, a comprehensive understanding of clinical workflow processes, and technical aptitude for learning and using our products. This position will be the main point of contact between the customer and Philips and requires someone with a customer-centric attitude who can provide excellent service and build long-term relationships.If you are looking for an opportunity to bring meaningful change to healthcare with innovative solutions, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  3. Understand clinical workflow processes and provide relevant solutions
  4. Work closely with customers to ensure successful product implementation
  5. Analyze customer needs and develop action plans accordingly
  6. Provide training and technical support to customers regarding product use
  7. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
  8. Monitor customer feedback and address any issues accordingly
  9. Participate in research and development projects
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies
