  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for designated categories in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements through effective negotiation, supplier management, and contract management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies that support their objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust supplier database and regularly assess supplier performance.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor sourcing performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in the sourcing process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in category management and sourcing.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and provide regular updates on sourcing initiatives and progress.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and standards in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sourcing Or Procurement, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Handle Complex Supplier Contracts

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software And Tools, Such As Sap Or Oracle

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Sourcing Professionals.
