Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team at Philips. The ideal candidate should have a passion for process improvement, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. The successful applicant should have a deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.In this role, you will be a key member of the Philips team, leading the Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements and continuous improvement activities across the organization. You will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement, analyze and streamline processes, and develop strategies to improve performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching, training and mentoring team members on process improvement and providing support to ensure successful implementation.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, 5+ years of experience in a business process improvement role, and a Lean Six Sigma certification. High-level problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement process improvements and continuous improvement activities across the organization.
  2. Identify opportunities for improvement, analyze and streamline processes, and develop strategies to improve performance.
  3. Coach, train and mentor team members on process improvement and provide support to ensure successful implementation.
  4. Monitor and review existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to team members on process improvement initiatives.
  6. Facilitate workshops and meetings to collect data, identify issues and develop solutions.
  7. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  9. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  10. Monitor and report on progress of process improvement initiatives.
