Job Description

As the Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement Lead at Philips, you will lead the effort to ensure that our business processes and systems are optimized for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. You will be responsible for driving innovative change initiatives with a focus on overall process improvement and cultural transformation.You will bring a mix of analytical, problem-solving and project management skills to help identify opportunities to improve our processes and systems. Additionally, you should have an entrepreneurial spirit and an eye for process optimization while also motivating and inspiring your team.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field, as well as 3+ years’ experience in a process improvement or business improvement role. You will need to have a proven record of leading successful process improvement initiatives and be a strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. A Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our organization and be a key part of our mission to create meaningful innovations that improve people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead process improvement initiatives and analyze and identify opportunities to optimize our business processes and systems.
  2. Develop innovative change initiatives with a focus on overall process improvement and cultural transformation.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to develop, implement, and manage process improvement projects.
  4. Utilize analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to drive process improvement initiatives.
  5. Create and maintain process improvement documentation.
  6. Motivate and inspire teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
  7. Monitor and assess performance of initiatives and recommend changes for improvement.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to drive cultural transformation.
  9. Develop reporting that measures the success of process improvement and cultural transformation initiatives.
  10. Utilize Six Sigma Green Belt certification to analyze data and develop process improvement initiatives.
