
Business Excellence Change Manager
We at Philips are looking for an experienced and innovative Business Excellence Change Manager to help us drive a culture of continuous improvement and develop our company’s performance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be able to connect with stakeholders at all levels, and have a proven track-record in driving business transformation.The successful candidate will be able to quickly assess the current state of our business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. They will be results orientated and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all changes are implemented effectively. They will also be responsible for training our teams on relevant business excellence tools and techniques and will be required to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the company.In order to be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and have a broad knowledge of business excellence processes and frameworks. An MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree is preferred, but not essential. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly self-motivated, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.If you have the drive and ambition to make a real difference in a dynamic and challenging environment, then this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and business transformation.
- Assess the current state of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Monitor and evaluate progress on business transformation efforts.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and trends in business excellence.
- Ensure all changes are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Provide reports and updates to stakeholders on progress.
- Assist in the development of documents and other materials related to business excellence.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and processes.
