  1. Oversee and manage all biomedical operations at the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the biomedical department, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  3. Lead a team of biomedical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success and growth.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure all biomedical equipment and processes are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of biomedical systems and processes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and industry trends in biomedical technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
  7. Manage the department's budget, including forecasting and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of biomedical equipment and supplies.
  9. Act as the main point of contact for any escalated issues related to biomedical equipment and systems, and work towards timely resolution.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement training programs for staff on the use of biomedical equipment and systems.
  11. Ensure the safety and security of all biomedical equipment and systems, including maintaining accurate records and performing routine maintenance and repairs.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Biomedical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Device Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Fda And Iso.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Experience With Budget Management And Financial Reporting.
