  1. Perform routine maintenance and repair of medical equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and calibrations to ensure equipment is operating within specified parameters.
  3. Keep accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
  5. Respond to equipment malfunction or breakdowns in a timely manner, and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in biomedical engineering to continuously improve equipment and processes.
  7. Train and mentor junior technicians in proper maintenance and repair techniques.
  8. Maintain inventory of equipment and necessary replacement parts.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling and working with medical equipment.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide excellent service and support.
  11. Collaborate with sales team to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate equipment solutions.
  12. Assist with installation and set-up of new equipment, as needed.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In The Biomedical Equipment Field, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Equipment And Systems, Including Troubleshooting, Maintenance, And Repair.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Fda, Iso, And Aami.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Effectively Communicate With Customers And Colleagues.
