  1. Maintain and repair medical equipment: The Biomedical Equipment Technician 1 will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairing any issues with medical equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and safely.
  2. Ensure equipment meets safety standards: It is the responsibility of the Biomedical Equipment Technician 1 to perform regular safety checks on all medical equipment to ensure it meets industry standards and is safe for use by healthcare professionals and patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Biomedical Equipment Technology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Repairing And Maintaining Medical Equipment.

  • Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (Cbet) Or Equivalent Certification.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electronic And Mechanical Systems, As Well As Medical Terminology.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem Solve In A Fast-Paced Environment.
