  1. Lead and manage a team of service engineers in the South Zone of the United States to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to customers in the biomedical field.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve service targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to address any issues.
  4. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to provide feedback and support for individual growth and development.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services and continuous improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide guidance and recommendations for service improvements.
  7. Oversee the training and development of service engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the demands of their role.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  11. Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on service performance, team development, and any challenges or opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Service Management Role In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Biomedical Equipment And Its Operation, Maintenance, And Repair.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Budgets, Developing Service Strategies, And Driving Customer Satisfaction.
