
Associate Director Clinical Development

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a clinical development role. You should also have strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead clinical projects, developing and executing clinical strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of clinical projects.
- Develop a deep understanding of the clinical development process.

- Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to bring new, innovative treatments to market.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Manage clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and protocols.
- Develop clinical protocols and protocols amendments.
- Prepare and present clinical development plans and reports.
