At Philips, we're hiring an Associate Director of Clinical Development to join our team and help shape the future of healthcare. The ideal candidate for this role will be a results-oriented leader with a passion for clinical development, with experience in managing clinical projects, developing and executing clinical strategies, and leading cross-functional teams.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the clinical development process and a commitment to driving innovation and excellence in clinical research and development. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a clinical development role. You should also have strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead clinical projects, developing and executing clinical strategies.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of clinical projects.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of the clinical development process.
  4. Drive innovation and excellence in clinical research and development.
  5. Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to bring new, innovative treatments to market.
  7. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  8. Manage clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and protocols.
  9. Develop clinical protocols and protocols amendments.
  10. Prepare and present clinical development plans and reports.
