As an Assembler 3, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing complex medical devices that help improve the lives of millions of people worldwide.   1. Assemble and test complex medical devices according to specifications and quality standards set by Philips.
  2. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and meet production targets.
  3. Inspect and troubleshoot assembled products to identify any defects or malfunctions.
  4. Utilize hand and power tools, soldering equipment, and other specialized tools to assemble and test devices.
  5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  6. Document and report any issues or concerns with the assembly process or equipment to the supervisor.
  7. Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve assembly processes.
  8. Communicate and work closely with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and supply chain to ensure smooth production flow.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, quality, safety, and attendance.
  10. Train and mentor new team members as needed to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
  11. Continuously strive for process improvement and suggest ideas for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
  12. Maintain accurate records of production data and complete all necessary documentation.
  13. Attend team meetings and provide input and feedback on assembly processes and procedures.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Assembly Environment.

  • Proficient In Reading And Interpreting Blueprints, Schematics, And Technical Drawings.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic And Mechanical Assembly Techniques.

  • Familiarity With Tools And Equipment Used In Assembly Processes.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Attention To Detail And Quality.
