  1. Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the manufacturing process, utilizing advanced techniques and technologies.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment maintenance, production data, and any other relevant documentation.
  6. Train and mentor new technicians on advanced manufacturing techniques and processes.
  7. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  8. Contribute to the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
  10. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
  11. Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  12. Stay informed on industry advancements and trends in advanced manufacturing techniques and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  13. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment and achievement of company goals and objectives.
