- Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the manufacturing process, utilizing advanced techniques and technologies.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment maintenance, production data, and any other relevant documentation.
- Train and mentor new technicians on advanced manufacturing techniques and processes.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Stay informed on industry advancements and trends in advanced manufacturing techniques and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment and achievement of company goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills.
Experience In Advanced Manufacturing Processes, Such As 3D Printing, Automation, Or Industry 4.0 Technologies.
Familiarity With Quality Control Systems And Processes.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment And Adapt To Changing Technologies And Processes.
