  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential growth areas.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
  6. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  8. Stay updated on products, services, and industry regulations to effectively communicate with customers.
  9. Identify and address customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively promote products to customers.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company’s mission and values.
  15. Mentor and train junior sales team members and provide guidance and support to help them achieve sales targets.

Job Qualifications
