- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within the designated territory.
- Manage and expand commercial operations within the territory, including sales, distribution, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market share and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales strategies.
- Train and develop sales teams within the territory to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and gather competitor intelligence.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the territory.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and adaptability.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Collaborate with other Territory Commercial Executives and management to share best practices and drive overall business success.
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
Knowledge Of The Tobacco Industry And Regulations In The Assigned Territory
