
Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Philip Morris International (PMI), you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies for PMI's global talent acquisition initiatives. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in the areas of talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment processes are followed and successful.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external recruiters, staffing agencies, and other partners.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest recruitment technology and utilize it to its fullest potential.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities to senior management.
- Provide guidance and assistance to managers and employees on recruitment processes.
