At Philip Morris International, we are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical support within the Talent Acquisition function. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people.We are looking for someone who has a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or human resources. The ideal candidate must be proactive, analytical, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. They must also have the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key member of the team, working closely with our Human Resources partners and business leaders to identify, attract, and develop the highest quality talent. This role requires a strong customer service focus, and the successful candidate should have the ability to assess, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a highly collaborative environment.If you have the qualifications and skills to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing strategies for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates.
  2. Assessing and evaluating the skills and qualifications of potential candidates.
  3. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Conducting interviews and providing feedback to applicants.
  5. Utilizing recruiting software and other tools to facilitate the recruitment process.
  6. Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and HR colleagues on recruitment best practices.
  7. Creating and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  8. Developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
  9. Utilizing social media and other resources to promote the organization’s job opportunities.
  10. Evaluating and analyzing recruitment data to determine trends and identify areas of improvement.
