- Develop talent acquisition strategies to identify and recruit top talent in our organization.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
- Provide guidance and feedback to hiring managers and talent acquisition team.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and progress.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and emerging recruitment practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, companies, and other external sources of talent.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to advertise and promote job openings.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of applicants and hiring activities.
