Responsibilities:

  1. Develop talent acquisition strategies to identify and recruit top talent in our organization.
  2. Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to source and attract qualified candidates.
  3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
  4. Provide guidance and feedback to hiring managers and talent acquisition team.
  5. Track and report recruitment metrics and progress.
  6. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and emerging recruitment practices.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, companies, and other external sources of talent.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to advertise and promote job openings.
  9. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of applicants and hiring activities.

Compensation
